1. Single Event Tickets & Single Classes (incl. Yoga)

In accordance with Forbrugeraftalelovens § 18, stk. 2, nr. 12, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for events, performances, and classes with a specific date and time. All sales of single tickets and drop-in classes are therefore final.

2. Multi-Day Workshops & Courses

When purchasing a multi-day workshop or course online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Forbrugeraftaleloven.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@cccc.dk within 14 days of your purchase and before the workshop begins. We will issue a full refund.

Tickets for workshops purchased less than 14 days before the workshop start date are non-refundable, as the workshop will commence before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Cancellation by CCCC

If CCCC cancels or significantly changes an event or workshop (date, time, or location), you are entitled to a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible via the email provided at checkout.

CCCC is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or change, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While we are not legally obligated to offer refunds for personal cancellations beyond the above, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact us at info@cccc.dk as early as possible.
