1. General Information
These terms of service apply to all purchases made through the CCCC webshop. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Services
CCCC sells tickets to events, performances, yoga classes, and multi-day workshops and courses through this webshop. All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of 25% VAT where applicable.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed online through our webshop. By submitting an order you confirm that the information provided — including name, email, and any attendee questions — is accurate.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. CCCC does not store your payment details.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on your rights regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds. This policy forms part of these terms of service.
In summary:

Single event tickets and drop-in classes are non-refundable

Multi-day workshops and courses carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to conditions
6. Changes & Cancellations by CCCC
CCCC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events and workshops. In the event of a cancellation by CCCC, all ticket holders will be notified by email and offered a full refund.
CCCC is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or change, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
7. Personal Data & Privacy
CCCC collects personal data (name, email, and other attendee information) solely for the purpose of administering your booking. Your data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your booking (e.g. payment processing).

8. Liability
CCCC is not responsible for any indirect losses arising from participation in events or workshops, including personal injury, loss of property, or consequential damages, beyond what is required by Danish law.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the activities they have booked.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact us first at info@cccc.dk and we will do our best to resolve it.
For unresolved complaints, you may contact Center for Klageløsning via naevneneshus.dk or the EU Commission's online complaint portal at ec.europa.eu/odr.
10. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Danish jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
CCCC reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time. The current version will always be available on our webshop. Continued use of the webshop following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
